In Indore’s LIG Link Road, reportedly, a fire broke out in a furniture shop, destroying furniture worth lakhs. However, no casualty was reported in the incident.
As per reports, the locals spotted heavy smoke coming from the shop around midnight and informed the police and the fire brigade department. The fire was controlled by using more than 20,000 litre of water. However, goods including tables, chairs and other furniture worth lakhs were destroyed. Reportedly, the reason for the fire is still unknown.
Additionally, another incident of a fire outbreak had also been reported near Bhandari Bridge where the fire was reported from four scrap shops gutting goods worth lakhs.
