Amid COVID-19 Scare, Developers Have Lots to Offer Including Furniture

Presently, many countries of the world including India are currently fighting a big battle with the corona pandemic. To prevent the spread of corona virus, a nationwide lockdown for 21 days has been carried out by the government in India. In such a situation, the entire economy, business and trade activities of the country have also stopped. To provide relief at the crisis  time of COVID-19,  PM Modi had made a provision of relief fund of Rs.15 thousand crore . After this, the Reserve Bank of India along with the government also announced relief to entrepreneurs and businessmen of the country in some other way. Now the companies of the country are also joining this type of campaign. They are directly and indirectly giving relief to their customers on some fronts. Some real-state companies are offering some other types of inducements to their customers.

Some companies across the country had made many announcements for their customers at the occasion of Navratri. Significantly, the lockdown had also started in the whole country since Navratri. In this order, relief in some EMIs is being offered by few companies while some are giving attractive offers on buying house to their customers. In fact, real estate companies are associated with many sectors including retail, infrastructure, so it can benefit many people at once, including the people associated with furniture, carpentry, furnishing, light, decorative, modular kitchen, wooden panels, wardrobe making etc business. 
Some of such several companies are; realty player Lodha Group, ABA Corp, Urbainia Spaces Pvt. Ltd, Migsun Group and many more. 

According to a report of PTI, Mumbai based realty player Lodha Group has decided to allow rent waiver for its retail partners after the government announced the 21-day lockdown in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Retail partners, who are renting spaces in Lodha's retail properties are exempted from paying rent since March 15, until the government permits reopening of retail operations. Maintenance charges will be reduced as per actual expenses during this period. Lodha Group has over 200 retailers in its stores across various locations of Mumbai including Palava City, Thane, Pune and south Mumbai area.
 
According to a report of APN News, real estate developers in Delhi NCR are coming up with offers to attract buyers on the auspicious time of Navaratri. Developers are giving offers such as gold coins, motorcycles, scooties, cars, free reserved car parking, modular kitchens, home appliances, etc. 
Ajnara India Ltd. is offering modular kitchen; wardrobe in rooms; toughened glasses in balconies; fans and LED lights; exhaust in kitchen and washrooms; geyser & glass partitions in master bedroom and washrooms; towel racks, soap dishes, & mirrors in washrooms; video door phone facility. Like wise Migsun Group is giving 151 household items including 5 seater sofa set, wardrobe and other facilities related to house hold. Urbania Spaces has started the campaign Mega Bumper offer where it is giving Bike, home appliances and other house hold items to its customers, said in report.
