Umaboy, a Gujarat-based wood working machine manufacturing company announced to launch its new ranges of latest machines for wood working industry during IndiaWood 2020 in Bangalore. These machines will be available at economical prices with the latest technology and features. These machines have been developed focusing on the increasing requirement of wood work in furniture, mainly in modular furniture. The company will showcase its wide range of Panel Saw machines, Edge Banding machines, Full Press machines, Multi Boring, Manual Edge Banding machines, CNC Routers etc. during the IndiaWood exhibition.
Talking to FDT correspondent, Mr. Saurabh Patel, Managing Director, Umaboy said that the demand for Indian machines in the country is continuously increasing. “Our company always manufactures machines focusing on market demand and technology. Innovation is given special attention by the company which enable our machines to compete with European machines. As the modular furniture market of India is growing, to fulfill the growing demand we have added innovative technology with our machines, which will be revealed during the IndiaWood exhibition,” he stated.
Keeping the growing market in mind, the company will launch its new ranges of machines including the CNC boring machines (Vertix-249), CNC beam saw (UBS-3200 Auto), edge banding machine (J-Profile) and new ranges of machines for hard wood. There will be around 6 new machines in hard wood category. Umaboy to launch new range of wood working machines during IndiaWood The price range of new CNC Boring machine will be Rs. 18 lacs to 25 lacs; CNC Beam saw cost will be around Rs. 30 lacs while the price of latest Edge Banding Machines (J-Profile) will be around Rs. 55 lacs. This machine will run on 6 motors and the wooden seating can also be done in a nice manner on it unlike the current edge banding machines running on 2 motors. Apart from this, more new features have been added to these new machines to make the work easier and faster.
