Massive Fire Engulfs Multiple Furniture Showrooms in Delhi’s Kirti Nagar

A fire erupted at a furniture shop in Delhi’s Kirti Nagar on Monday around 6.30pm, as reported by the police. The blaze reportedly affected three showrooms, namely, -Durian Furniture, Godrej Script and Mibasa Furniture.

The fire began on the third floor of Durian Furniture, swiftly engulfing furniture, signage and office space. A similar situation unfolded at Godrej Script and Mibasa Furniture, where flames consumed furniture and signage across all floors. These buildings each consist of a basement, ground floor and three additional storeys, with an area of 350 square yards.

Reportedly, there were no casualties or injuries. Investigations are ongoing to determine the fire’s origin.
