WHAT CATEGORIES AND BRANDS ARE FEATURED AT SALT KITCHEN STUDIO?
Rohit Sharma:
We specialize in kitchens and wardrobes. All the materials we offer are the latest and most updated versions for kitchens and wardrobes. We offer premium international brands like Blum, Grass, Saliche, and other German brands. We are OEMs for these brands and ensure top-quality products. For outer finishes, we showcase Italian options.

WHAT CAN A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER EXPECT WHEN THEY VISIT YOUR SHOWROOM?
Rohit Sharma:
We display around five to six kitchens in our showroom. These concepts are showcased on a larger scale, making it easier for clients to understand the impact of designs. Whether they want a small or large kitchen, they can easily visualize and make informed decisions.

HOW DO YOU ENHANCE CONSUMER EXPERIENCES?
Rohit Sharma:
Change is the law of nature. If we don’t evolve, we risk falling behind in the market. We aim to lead the industry by offering the latest trends and innovations at our showroom. Clients want the most updated and premium products in their homes, and we ensure that they find them at Salt.

CAN YOU SHARE THE KITCHEN TRENDS YOU FORESEE FOR 2025 AND BEYOND?
Rohit Sharma:
Trends depend on how a product is represented. At Salt, we focus on creating trends, whether it’s classic, modern, Victorian, or semi classic kitchens. Trends evolve based on product availability, finishes, and market preferences. Even color trends play a significant role.

HOW DOES SALT ENSURE A LUXURY EXPERIENCE FOR EACH CUSTOMER?
Rohit Sharma: While 70% of kitchen design remains standard, the remaining 30% is personalized for the user’s unique needs. We focus entirely on fulfilling this 30% through personal interaction and tailored solutions. Our staff is trained to understand and address specific customer requirements, ensuring their needs are met rather than just selling a product.

HOW DO YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO DELIVER PREMIUM, PERSONALIZED SERVICE?
Rohit Sharma:
Training is centered around product knowledge. Our staff is equipped to explain the functionality and benefits of every product, ensuring clients make informed decisions. Pricing is secondary; the focus is on understanding and meeting client needs.

WHAT IS THE PRICING RANGE FOR A SALT KITCHEN?
Rohit Sharma: In one word, we are expensive. Pricing depends entirely on the client’s requirements. For example, a 100 sq. ft. kitchen can start at `3.5 lakh and go up to `30 lakh, depending on the materials and finishes chosen.

HOW CAN POTENTIAL CLIENTS CONNECT WITH SALT?
Rohit Sharma: Being located in Asia’s number one market, we receive a significant number of walk-ins. additionally; clients reach us through architects and builder networks.

HOW DO DELHI CUSTOMERS DIFFER IN THEIR PREFERENCES COMPARED TO OTHER CITIES?
Rohit Sharma: Kitchens in Delhi are usually smaller, so maximum area utilization is prioritized over design. Functionality takes precedence, and designs are tailored accordingly.

WHAT IS CURRENTLY TRENDING FOR KITCHENS AND WARDROBES?
Rohit Sharma: The trend is moving away from 90-degree shutters to semi-modular designs. Victorian kitchens are also gaining popularity for their unique aesthetics.

"OUR STAFF IS TRAINED TO UNDERSTAND AND ADDRESS SPECIFIC CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS, ENSURING THEIR NEEDS ARE MET RATHER THAN JUST SELLING A PRODUCT".
