alt.f coworking Enters South India with its 56,000 sqft Hyderabad Centre

FDT Bureau

In a strategic milestone, alt.f coworking has reportedly expanded beyond Delhi NCR by opening its first centre in Hyderabad. Located in the Nanakramguda Financial District, this move marks the beginning of the company’s national expansion, with three additional centres planned by the end of 2025, including one in Hyderabad’s Hitech City. Know more about it on FURNITURE DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY (FDT).

The newly launched alt.f coworking centre spans 56,000 sqft and offers over 1,200 seats, designed to meet the needs of startups and small businesses seeking flexible, well-designed workspaces. With an eye on scaling further, alt.f coworking has reportedly identified the potential to expand up to 100,000 sqft and increase its capacity to 2,400 seats in the Hyderabad location alone.

The Hyderabad centre reportedly offers a variety of workspace solutions including private offices, open seating, meeting rooms and virtual office options, all starting at an accessible Rs 8,000/month. These offerings are backed by enterprise-grade infrastructure, transparent pricing and a zero capex model that reduces the financial burden on entrepreneurs. A standout aspect of coworking’s business model is its 100 per cent self-operated approach, ensuring uniform service quality and greater control over customer experience—distinguishing it from managed space operators.

At present, the company operates over 500,000 sqft of space across Delhi, Noida and Gurugram, serving a network of more than 11,000 seats. This latest move into Hyderabad aligns with growing demand in India’s emerging business hubs for agile, compact, and high-trust workspaces. Reports suggest that the company will be launching three more centres in 2025, adding over 200,000 sqft and over 4,000 seats, thus identifying its status as a go-to coworking partner for India’s new generation of founders.
