The indoor classic woven cane and rattan furniture are also booming. Currently in furniture, such as in chairs, beds, wardrobes, screens, etc., cane is being predominantly used, in many different ways along with brass and black metal work, informs Khushboo.
Lightweight, sturdy, sustainable and relatively economical alternatives to wooden furniture, Cane and Rattan furniture give stylish and warm look to the interiors. “Rattan is heat and water-resistant, and it’s a great material when you want to mix things up in your modern home. It also lends a naturally minimalistic and traditional look,” shares Meenu Agarwal.
