A devastating fire erupted at a furniture showroom in Sector 10, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, marking a tragic incident in northern India. The sight of flames engulfing the building prompted quick action from nearby residents, who called the fire department right away.
Two fire engines rushed to the scene and managed to bring the fire under control within an hour, preventing further escalation of the situation. While there were no reported casualties, the flames ravaged goods worth lakhs of rupees stored within the showroom premises. Reportedly, the fire broke out late Wednesday night at a shuttered furniture company in C Block, Sector 10. Firefighters promptly arrived and utilized water cannons to extinguish the flames. While initial investigations suggest a possible short circuit as the cause, authorities are still working to determine the exact source of the blaze within the closed company premises.
