The India Furniture Conclave 2023, held as part of MATECIA at Pragati Maidan on September 22, 2023, achieved remarkable success. The event commenced with a grand ceremonial lamp lighting ceremony, graced by esteemed individuals such as Mr Sajjan Bhajanka, Chairman, Century Plyboards and President of FIPPI, who served as the chief guest.
Notable personalities including Mr Krupesh Thakkar, Chairman and Managing Director, Rushil Decor; Mr NK Agarwal, Chairman, Action Tesa Group; Dr MP Singh, Director, IWST; and the visionary Mr Pragat Dvivedi, Founder, IIR and FDT, were also in attendance.
In his keynote address, Mr Bhajanka applauded the remarkable growth of the MATECIA exhibition, highlighting its increased size, diversity and representation. Mr Agarwal emphasized the significance of unity within the building material industry, particularly in the face of competition from countries like China.
The conference attracted influential figures from the industry, architects and designers, resulting in a substantial turnout.
